Weapons
ARC Raiders has 26 named weapons as of update 2.3.0 (Oct 27, 2026), from the Common Rattler to the Legendary Jupiter. The newest are the Bantam and Stiletto from update 2.0, and no reliable source publishes a full current stat table.
ARC Raiders has 26 named weapons on Oct 31, 2026: the 23 on Dexerto's roster (Apr 27, 2026) plus the Rascal from update 1.29.0 and the Bantam and Stiletto from update 2.0. They span Common to Legendary and six ammo types, and each one trades damage, range and handling against what it costs to build and keep repaired. Embark changes them often, and no reliable source publishes a complete table of current stats as of Oct 31, 2026, so this page keeps launch damage apart from the last value Embark stated. For rankings, see Best Weapons; for a gun's full history, see its class page. Embark's weapons designer introduces the two newest in the clip.

"None stated" means Embark's posts give no damage number for that gun, not that it never changed. Two conflicts matter. TechWiser gives the Venator 18 at launch while Embark's 1.17.0 notes say its base damage was 9; Insider Gaming says it fires two bullets per trigger press (Jan 14, 2026), which would explain both. And Dexerto's sheet lists the Aphelion on Heavy Ammo, while Beebom and Dexerto's own Energy Clip page (Mar 25, 2026) put it on Energy Clips, which this page follows.
How weapons changed
Embark's biggest weapon changes, newest first:
- Update 2.3.0, Oct 27, 2026: Dolabra, Bobcat, Equalizer, Jupiter, Tempest and Vulcano blueprints can drop in any major map condition, with that pool's chance slightly lowered. See Blueprints.
- Update 2.0, Oct 8, 2026: the Bantam, Stiletto and Weapon Amplification arrived. The Anvil went from Uncommon to Rare and lost its Tech Mod slot, and explosive damage against ARC armor plates rose by over 50% while falling around 30% on fragile parts. Details are on Frozen Trail.
- Update 1.29.0, May 19, 2026: the Rascal arrived, the Bettina's fire rate rose from 235 to 250, and the worst durability cases from 1.26.0 were eased.
- Update 1.26.0, Apr 28, 2026: the weapon economy rework (below) and a Bettina buff. See Riven Tides Update.
- Update 1.22.0, Mar 31, 2026: the Dolabra and Canto arrived. See Flashpoint and Shrouded Sky.
- Update 1.17.0, Feb 24, 2026: nerfs to the Stitcher, Kettle and Venator, and handling buffs to the Jupiter and Aphelion, aimed at cheap guns that outperformed expensive ones.
Quality levels, upgrades and durability
Most guns run from level I to IV at the Gunsmith, and each step adds durability (+10, +20 and +30 on Dexerto's sheets, Apr 2026) and that gun's own bonuses, such as fire rate on the Renegade or magazine size on the Rattler. Legendary guns such as the Jupiter have a single level on those sheets. Fifteen guns can go on to an amplified level V through Weapon Amplification.
Durability is the running cost, and update 1.26.0 tied it to rarity. Per shot, Common guns lose 75% more, Uncommon 50% more and Rare 35% more, while Epic lose 5% less and Legendary 10% less. The same notes made upgrading repair 25% of maximum durability, cut average durability on spawned guns from 50 to 30 (around 15 on map outskirts, around 60 in locked rooms) and halved the loss from being knocked out, from 30% to 15%. Embark then eased the worst cases in 1.29.0, with the values in an image that its text does not repeat.
Where weapons come from
You find guns topside, craft them from blueprints, or buy them from traders. Per PCGamesN (May 7, 2026), the Gunsmith level a blueprint needs is I for the Burletta and Il Toro, II for the Anvil and Venator, and III for the Aphelion, Bettina, Bobcat, Canto, Dolabra, Equalizer, Hullcracker, Jupiter, Osprey, Tempest, Torrente and Vulcano. Dexerto's Torrente sheet (Apr 17, 2026) says Gunsmith 2, so check in game.
Since update 2.0, Tian Wen no longer sells the Anvil or Hullcracker; both are in the weekly Nomadic Envoys rotation. See Speranza and the Traders, Crafting and the Workshop and Mods and Ammo.
