Assault Rifles and SMGs
ARC Raiders has nine automatic and burst guns in this group: the Rattler, Kettle, Arpeggio, Tempest and Bettina assault rifles, the Stitcher, Canto and Bobcat SMGs, and the Torrente LMG. The Rattler, Kettle, Canto and Bettina can also be amplified.
ARC Raiders' main body guns are five assault rifles (Rattler, Kettle, Arpeggio, Tempest, Bettina), three SMGs (Stitcher, Canto, Bobcat) and one LMG (Torrente), classed as Dexerto classes them (Apr 27, 2026). Common guns here are the cheap starters, and the Epic Tempest and Bobcat are the two that press lists rank highest (Best Weapons). The stats below come from Dexerto's sheets of Apr 17, 2026, which keep launch-era damage in places, so Embark's later patch values replace them wherever Embark gave one. No reliable source publishes a full current table as of Oct 31, 2026. In the clip, Fallout Plays calls the Bobcat one of the most lethal PvP guns up close (Apr 21, 2026).

Rattler
The Rattler is the Common medium-ammo automatic, built for fighting from cover. Embark describes it as "a more deliberate weapon where players are expected to dip in and out of cover, fire in controlled bursts, and manage their reloads" and raised its base magazine from 10 to 12 in update 1.7.0 (Dec 16, 2025). Dexerto's sheet (Apr 17, 2026) has 9 damage, 56.2 range and a magazine that upgrades reach 24 at level IV; its upgrades add magazine size rather than damage, starting with 10 Rubber Parts and 10 Metal Parts. In the clip, Fallout Plays counts 14 shots to down a fully shielded Raider against a 12-round magazine (Apr 21, 2026).
It is the best-known amplified gun: Embark's example is incendiary bullets and a 64-bullet drum. Press lists are less kind to the unamplified gun, with C on Beebom (Oct 1, 2026) and D on Game Rant (Mar 11, 2026).
Kettle
The Kettle is the Common light-ammo semi-automatic rifle. Embark says players were using it like an SMG, so update 1.17.0 cut its base damage from 10 to 8.5 (Feb 24, 2026) while keeping its high headshot multiplier "to see if we can push players to go for more headshots." Update 1.11.0 (Jan 13, 2026) also rebalanced it, and that post's text gives no numbers. Dexerto's sheet (Apr 17, 2026) still shows the old 10, with 42.8 range and a 20-round magazine; its upgrades add bullet velocity and reload speed. Its amplifications are Anti-Shield, Full-Auto and X-Rounds (Oct 14, 2026). In the clip, Fallout Plays also blames macros and describes a lowered fire rate cap (Apr 21, 2026).
Arpeggio
The Arpeggio is the Uncommon 3-round burst rifle. Dexerto's sheet (Apr 17, 2026) has 9.5 damage, 55.9 range and a 24-round magazine; level IV adds 60% fire rate and 50% faster reload. Embark's Steam posts record no balance change to it, and it cannot be amplified. It is C on Beebom and B on Insider Gaming (Jan 14, 2026).
Tempest
The Tempest is the Epic medium-ammo automatic and the assault rifle press lists rate most: S on Beebom, S on Dexerto's PvP list and S++ on Game Rant, though only B on Dexerto's PvE list. Dexerto's sheet (Apr 17, 2026) has 10 damage, 55.9 range and a 25-round magazine, and level IV gives 50% less horizontal recoil and 40% faster reload. Since update 2.3.0 (Oct 27, 2026), its blueprint can drop in any major map condition. It cannot be amplified.
Bettina
The Bettina is the Epic heavy-ammo assault rifle, Embark's PvE gun of the group. Update 1.7.0 called it the "highest performing PVE weapon at its rarity (Not counting the Hullcracker)". Its history:
| Update | Change |
|---|---|
| 1.7.0, Dec 16, 2025 | Magazine 20 to 22; reload 5 to 4.5; durability burn ~0.43% to ~0.17% per shot (12 full magazines to deplete became 26) |
| 1.26.0, Apr 28, 2026 | Damage 14 to 16; fire rate 285 to 235; per-shot dispersion down around 40%; recovery around 30% better; damage against ARC armor up around 33% |
| 1.29.0, May 19, 2026 | Fire rate 235 to 250 |
Dexerto's sheet (Apr 17, 2026) still shows 14 damage; Embark's 16 replaces it. It crafts from 3 Advanced Mechanical Components, 3 Heavy Gun Parts and 3 Canisters at Gunsmith 3. Its amplifications are Bigger Mag, Semi-Auto and X-Rounds.
Stitcher
The Stitcher is the Common light-ammo SMG, a close-range gun that Embark trimmed after its fast kill speed let it ambush players before they could react. Update 1.17.0 (Feb 24, 2026) cut its headshot multiplier from 2.5 to 1.75 and base damage from 7 to 6.5, and raised per-shot dispersion by around 50%. Dexerto's sheet (Apr 17, 2026), still at 7, shows 42.1 range and a 20-round magazine. It cannot be amplified. Game Rant's budget build (undated) pairs it with the Ferro.
Canto
The Canto is the Rare medium-ammo SMG from Flashpoint, update 1.22.0, Mar 31, 2026. It crafts from 2 Advanced Mechanical Components, 5 Magnets and 3 Medium Gun Parts at Gunsmith 3 (Dexerto, Apr 27, 2026). No reliable source read here lists its damage or magazine. Beebom has it fully automatic with Moderate ARC penetration, in A tier. Its amplifications are Carbine Conversion (better stability and accuracy, lower agility), Incendiary Rounds and Sprint Shooting.
Bobcat
The Bobcat is the Epic light-ammo SMG, with the highest fire rate rating on these sheets, 66.7 on Dexerto's sheet (Apr 17, 2026, with 6 damage, 44 range and a 30-round magazine). Level IV gives 45% less maximum dispersion and horizontal recoil and 40% faster reload. Its blueprint is Trophy Display stage 4's reward (PCGamesN, May 7, 2026) and, since update 2.3.0, can drop in any major map condition. It cannot be amplified. Game Rant rated it S+ (Mar 11, 2026).
Torrente
The Torrente is the Rare LMG, a large magazine on a slow body. Dexerto's sheet (Apr 17, 2026) has 8 damage, 49.9 range, 37.7 agility, 12 kg weight and a 60-round magazine that reaches 90 at level IV, and lists 2 Advanced Mechanical Components, 3 Medium Gun Parts and 6 Steel Springs at Gunsmith 2. PCGamesN (May 7, 2026) says Gunsmith III, so check in game. It cannot be amplified. TheGamer had it among its PvP picks in Nov 2025; 2026 lists place it B or C.
