Best Builds
The two dated ARC Raiders builds from press after the Frozen Trail skill tree rework both put 41 of 76 points in Mobility: KeenGamer's PvP build runs 41 Mobility, 24 Conditioning and 11 Survival, and Beebom's all-round build runs 41, 26 and 9. They differ on the choice nodes, and solo players should drop the downed skills.
The best ARC Raiders skill build after the Frozen Trail rework, by the two press guides dated Oct 8, 2026, puts 41 of 76 points in Mobility: KeenGamer's PvP build splits 41 Mobility, 24 Conditioning and 11 Survival, and Beebom's all-round build splits 41, 26 and 9. They disagree only on some choice nodes. How the choices work is on Skill Tree. These are the two builds a reliable source has published with point lists as of Oct 31, 2026; both predate updates 2.1.0 to 2.3.0, whose only tree balance change stops Fight or Flight from bypassing the Sprinting on Fumes penalty. Fallout Plays' own Oct 13, 2026 sample trees also build around Sprinting on Fumes.

Best PvP build (KeenGamer)
KeenGamer's build keeps you moving: fire a burst, move, and force the enemy to find you again.
| Branch | Points | Skills, with levels |
|---|---|---|
| Mobility | 41 | Youthful Lungs 1, Nimble Climber 5, Fight or Flight 5, Sure-Footed Scrambler 5, Ready to Roll 1, Vault Spring, Effortless Roll 5, Slip and Slide 5, Right Back At It 1, Marathon Runner 5, Swift Start 5, In the Flow, Sprinting on Fumes |
| Conditioning | 24 | Used to the Weight 1, Stubborn Mule 5, Three Deep Breaths 5, Back on Your Feet, Loaded Arms 1, Broad Shoulders 5, Downed But Determined 5, Crawl Before You Walk 1 |
| Survival | 11 | In-round Crafting 1, Agile Croucher 5, Sturdy Ankles 4, Quick Roll |
Source: KeenGamer, Oct 8, 2026.
The leveling order goes Mobility first: Youthful Lungs, Nimble Climber, Fight or Flight, Vault Spring, Effortless Roll, Marathon Runner, Swift Start, then on to In the Flow and to 41 points for Sprinting on Fumes. After that, take Conditioning through Back on Your Feet, then spend the last 11 points in Survival, ending on Quick Roll.
KeenGamer's tips for using it: spend Fight or Flight's stamina at once to change your angle, chain sprint, slide and vault to keep In the Flow active, break line of sight at critical health so Back on Your Feet can heal you (Embark raised its healing from 30 to 40 in 2.0), and save Quick Roll for grenades and sudden pushes. More in the PvP Guide.
With Expedition bonus points, KeenGamer adds Sturdy Ankles to 5, more Ready to Roll, Off the Wall if you use Wall Leaps, and more downed skills for squads.
All-round build (Beebom)
Beebom picks Mobility as strong in both PvP and PvE and useful for exploring Pendola Pass, then spends more on carrying and looting.
| Branch | Points | Skills, with levels |
|---|---|---|
| Mobility | 41 | Youthful Lungs, Nimble Climber 5, Sure-Footed Scrambler 4, Ready to Roll 1, Fight or Flight 5, Vaults on Vaults on Vaults, Effortless Roll 3, Marathon Runner 5, Swift Start 4, Slip and Slide 4, Right Back At It, Off the Wall 5, Sprinting on Fumes, Wall Run |
| Conditioning | 26 | Used to the Weight, Stubborn Mule 5, Three Deep Breaths 4, Vigorous Vaulter, Back on Your Feet, Broad Shoulders 5, Loaded Arms, Speedy Mule 3, Proficient Pryer 5 |
| Survival | 9 | Sturdy Ankles 3, Looter's Instincts 3, Silent Scavenger 2 |
Source: Beebom, Oct 8, 2026.
Beebom's reasons: Marathon Runner and Slip and Slide are the core of the branch, Sprinting on Fumes covers long runs, Stubborn Mule and Broad Shoulders raise what you carry, Speedy Mule offsets the over-encumbered speed penalty, and Looter's Instincts and Silent Scavenger help you avoid hostile players. The ranks Beebom lists fall a little short of its stated totals in some branches and it does not explain why, so count your points in the game.
Where the two disagree
| Node | KeenGamer | Beebom |
|---|---|---|
| Mobility middle | Vault Spring (jump at the end of a vault) | Vaults on Vaults on Vaults (vaulting costs no stamina) |
| Mobility end | In the Flow and Sprinting on Fumes | Wall Run and Sprinting on Fumes |
| Conditioning middle | Back on Your Feet | Back on Your Feet |
| Downed skills | Downed But Determined 5, Crawl Before You Walk 1 | None |
| Survival | Agile Croucher, Sturdy Ankles, Quick Roll | Sturdy Ankles, Looter's Instincts, Silent Scavenger |

Best solo build
No reliable source has published a separate solo tree as of Oct 31, 2026. KeenGamer's solo change is the one to make: Downed But Determined gives a lone player nothing, so move those 5 points to Speedy Mule or Proficient Pryer; in duos and trios, keep it at 5 so teammates have time to reach you. Beebom's list already drops the downed skills. Since update 1.36.0 matchmaking separates Solo, Duo and Trio, covered on Matchmaking and the Solo Guide.
Looting and farming
Neither guide offers a dedicated farming tree. KeenGamer names Security Breach, Road Warrior and Nomadic Crafting as farming skills without stating their 2.0 requirements, and Beebom's Looter's Instincts, Silent Scavenger and Proficient Pryer point the same way. For where to take such a build, see the Money Making Guide. For gear, see Best Loadouts.
Old builds to ignore
Guides from before Oct 8, 2026 no longer apply as written. KeenGamer's Nov 25, 2025 builds (Versatile Starter, High-Mobility Skirmisher, Heavy Hauler Loot, Tanky Breacher, Peak Agility Runner) rely on the old paths. PC Gamer's Dec 2, 2025 notes measured Looter's Luck at about 1 in 4, Proficient Pryer at about 3 seconds saved, and an extra roll from Effortless Roll at three points, and found Fight or Flight triggered only on player attacks. All are pre-2.0 readings; Embark has since raised Fight or Flight's stamina by about 25% per level.

Skill TreeThe ARC Raiders skill tree has three branches, Mobility, Conditioning and Survival, reworked in Frozen Trail (update 2.0, Oct 8, 2026) so each branch has one either-or choice in the middle and two pick-from-three nodes at the end. Leveling to 75 gives 76 points, Expeditions add up to 15, and a reset cost 2,000 Coins per point when last stated.

PvP GuideTo win PvP fights in ARC Raiders, shoot in bursts and keep moving, break line of sight when hurt, and save your dodge for grenades. To stay friendly, use proximity chat and watch whether a Raider holsters, because the Don't Shoot emote is also used as bait. Matchmaking leans toward Raiders who play as you do. -
Pendola PassPendola Pass is the newest ARC Raiders map, added in Frozen Trail, update 2.0, on Oct 8, 2026. You leave by calling a Ballistic Gondola from a radio beacon, loot zones change value from raid to raid, and the Fallen Emperor inside opens with an Emperor Gateway Conduit. -
MatchmakingARC Raiders matches you partly by playstyle, one of the strongest factors, on a scale rather than friendly and aggressive buckets, as Embark explained on May 20, 2026. Similar players are more likely, never guaranteed, and since Jul 2026 Solo, Duo and Trio playstyles are tracked separately.
-
Solo GuideYou can play ARC Raiders solo by setting Fill Squad to Off and pressing Play. Embark tracks your solo playstyle separately since update 1.36.0, and it tries to match equal squad sizes, but solo gets no built-in compensation and squads can still appear. -
Money Making GuideThe steadiest way to make Coins in ARC Raiders is to sell Trinkets and other items with no crafting use, judged by value per slot, because vendor prices are fixed and there is no player market. Published routes such as Old Battleground on Dam Battlegrounds date from 2025, and Embark has since cut the best-known crafts.
